When we published the online article of
“Petrosino, A. & Weisburd, D. (2005). Special issue preface 1(3):277–278” (The original publication can be found via http://dx.doi/10.1007/s11292-005-0094-8)
the name of the first author was missing:
The authors should have been Anthony Petrosino and David Weisburd as it was printed.
