Abstract

This Paper is related to solar powered (PV) fed five level of Cascaded H-Bridge Multistage Inverter for Submersible Asynchronous motor for rural pumping applications. Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) has been implemented to Multilevel Converter and the motor is protected from subsequent faults such as Low Water Level-Dry Run, Insulation failure (short circuit), Pump Lock Condition (Foreign particles), and line fault, and MPPT P&O technique is implemented in order to maximize the output power. The proposed technique is simulated in MATLAB and hardware has been executed. ATMEGA controller is used as a platform to code.
