The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article [1] because it overlaps significantly with an unpublished manuscript by Pedro E.D. Cruz, Tiago M.F. Alves and Adolfo V.T. Cartaxo which was previously submitted to another journal. A. Sangeetha does not agree to this retraction. I. Srinivasa Rao has not responded to correspondence regarding this retraction.
