Distributed Rate Assignment for Multicarrier Multi-Cell Networks

Abstract

A distributed rate assignment is proposed for the multicarrier multi-cell networks. It assigns the data rate for each subchannel in a distributed manner and needs not measure the channel gains. We show that the aggregate rate can be increased by increasing the number of iterations in this assignment.
