Purification of lignin peroxidase isoforms from Streptomyces viridosporus T7A by hydrophobic based chromatographies

Abstract

Five lignin peroxidases ALiP-P3 isoenzymes from Streptomyces viridosporus T7A were separated by hydrophobic interaction chromatography. The most abundant isoenzyme was purified by reversed phase chromatography and it was analyzed by mass spectrometry.
