Abstract

Three different catalytic materials for NH3–SCR applications have been tested and compared in terms of activity and selectivity towards undesired products, such as N2O and NH4NO3. The selected materials were characterized by the same Cu loading and consisted of a large pore Cu–BETA catalyst and two small pore structures, a Cu–CHA and a Cu–SAPO material. The aim was to investigate the possible effect of the microporous structure of the catalyst on the SCR performances.
