Wireless and mobile networks connecting people to the Internet are changing our lives and societies day after day. The integration of multiple wireless and mobile technologies will enable more and more mobile services and applications in a huge domains including transportation, health, emergency services, business and commerce, social networking, shopping, TV, and games. Application requirements depend on the nature of applications and their environments and include bounded delay, reliability, and energy consumption.

The aim of the IFIP Wireless and Mobile Networking Conference(WMNC) is to bring together researchers and practitioners from the industry and academia and provide them with a platform to report on recent advances and developments in the emerging areas of wireless and mobile networking, computing, applications, and services.
