Jyh-Biau Chang is currently a Ph.D. candidate studying at Electrical Engineering Department of National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from National Cheng Kung University in 1994 and 1996. His research interest is parallel distributed processing, meta-computing, cluster and grid computing, and symmetric multiprocessing.
Tyng-Yeu Liang is currently an associate professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Kaohsiung University of Applied Science in Kaoshiung, Taiwan. He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from National Cheng Kung University in 1992, 1994, and 2000. His research interest focuses on parallel and distributed processing, meta-computing, load balancing, scheduling, neural network and image processing.
Ce-Kuen Shieh received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from National Cheng Kung University in 1977, 1983, and 1988 respectively. He is currently a professor and the chairman of the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Cheng Kung University. His research interests include distributed/parallel processing, operating system, computer networking, and compiler.
