Coauthor A.J. Halford was inadvertently left off of the author list. This was a mistake made by the corresponding author A.W. Breneman. Dr. Halford was an integral part of the team who contributed significantly to the writing of this manuscript as well as over the course of the Van Allen Probes mission. The corrected author list, affiliations, etc. are identical to the previously published, with the exception of the addition of A.J. Halford, who is added last on the list. The original article has been corrected.
