A procedure is examined for numerical investigation of interaction between structures and saturated soil beds subject to static and dynamic effects. Results are cited for analytical investigations of the stress-strain state and evaluation of the bearing capacity of the soil bed of the reactor compartment of the power-generating unit at a nuclear power plant.
