A procedure based on solution of the probabilistic-economic problem is presented for determination of the temperature coefficient in a changing climate. A table of temperature coefficients is presented for the pile supports of overhead transmission lines, antenna towers, and pipelines situated in regions of the cryolithozone, for which the climate-change scenario is known. The temperature of the permafrost is determined at the depth of zero annual thermal economies and the depth of seasonal thaw.
