Abstract
The case series involving a person with intellectual disabilities, an initial koro-like symptoms, imaginary companions, and sex offending was summarized. The case series discussed assessment, treatment and response to treatment issues. This follow up report presents the finding that all of the treatment gains were maintained at an 8 months follow up since the gains were first evident. Assessment and treatment comments regarding this complex case were offered.
