Abstract

In this Letter to the Editor we extend the dimensionless citation indicators h/P, p/P and i/P, where h is the Hirsch h-index, p the performance index of Prathap, and i the value of impact as measured by the ratio of citations C to Publications P to the case of fractional counting.
