The consumer measurement uncertainty of a local time scale deviation in relation to remote NTP (Network Time Protocol) servers is analyzed. The calculations were conducted regularly based on the latest measurements published on the COOMET website, specifically the document 605/RU/13 TC 1.11 Time and frequency. The results of measuring the discrepancy between the time scales of the KazStandard and VNIIFTRI NTP servers are presented. These results provide information on the uncertainty of comparison and the accuracy of time scale synchronization for the consumers utilizing NTP time servers on the Internet.
