Wind Instability of Gravitation Waves on Liquid Surface in Finite Pool

The paper focuses on the interaction of gravitation waves on the liquid surface with shear aerodynamic flotation leading to the wind instability. The amplification and non-transmission conditions are found for gravitation waves. The total frequency spectrum of gravitation waves is identified for the liquid in a pool of finite width. The main parameters of the wind instability are calculated herein.
