Within the framework of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model, the process of creation of a chargino pair in polarized muon-antimuon collisions \( {\upmu}^{-}+{\upmu}^{+}\to {\overset{\sim }{\upchi}}_i^{-}+{\overset{\sim }{\upchi}}_j^{+} \) is considered. Taking into account arbitrary polarizations of the μ−μ+ pair and the longitudinal or transverse polarizations of the chargino, general expressions for the cross sections of the process are obtained. The longitudinal and transverse spin asymmetries caused by the polarization of the μ−μ+ pair and the degrees of transverse and longitudinal polarizations of the chargino are determined. The angular and energy dependences of the polarization characteristics and of the effective cross section are studied in detail.
