The problem of elastic wave reflection at the interface at preset constant stresses is discussed. Under the conditions where the reflection laws are fulfilled, analytical expressions are obtained for the reflection coefficients of longitudinal and transverse waves, which allow determining the strain amplitudes at the interface. The curves of dependence of the reflection coefficients and the deformation components on the angle of incidence are calculated at non-zero values of normal and tangential stresses at the interface, and the preset incident wave parameters are calculated. The results are analyzed and compared with the well-known free-surface data.
