Russian Physics Journal Aims and scope

It is shown that MgF2 and YAG:Ce ceramics is synthesized with a high rate from the charge with low bulk density irradiated by powerful flux of electrons with energy of 1.4 MeV. High efficiency of synthesis is caused by the formation of radiolysis products stimulating solid- and gas-phase reactions in the charge upon exposure to powerful radiation fluxes.
