Reaction Rate of Radiative 3He3H Capture

  • Published:
Russian Physics Journal Aims and scope

Within the framework of the modified potential cluster model with forbidden states, radiative 3He3H capture at low and astrophysical energies is considered. It is shown that on the basis of potentials which are matched with scattering phase shifts and the energy of the bound state, overall success is obtained in reproducing the available experimental data. On the basis of the obtained total cross sections, a calculation of the astrophysical S-factor and the capture reaction rate has been performed. All of the obtained results are approximated by curves of a definite type, which simplifies their use in applied studies.
