Results of modeling of quasistatic monotonic loading of single crystal samples are presented. As a model of the material, one of the crystal plasticity based on an explicit consideration of the physical mechanisms of inelastic deformation and carriers of these mechanisms is used. The boundary problem of quasistatic loading of a single crystal sample is formulated and solved. To estimate the adequacy of the constructed model, a number of numerical experiments are performed on deformation of single crystals with two geometric crystal configurations whose results are compared with that of actual experiments; good qualitative agreement of the results of investigations of inelastic deformation localization in samples is demonstrated.
