Shift of Phase Transitions in a (NaNO2)1–x /(KNO2) x Ferroelectric Composite

  • Published:
Russian Physics Journal Aims and scope

Temperature and frequency dependence of the dielectric properties of a (NaNO2)1–x/(KNO2)x composite is investigated. The temperature hysteresis of the upper phase transition and the change of the interval of existence of the disproportionate phase are established. Upon cooling, the real component of the dielectric permittivity at low frequencies f < 105 Hz is less than upon heating, whereas the inverse dependence is observed for tan δ.
