Radiation-Induced Processes in Oxygen-Containing LiF Crystals with Nanodimensional Impurity Complexes

Results of investigations into the specific features of electronic color centers produced by radiation in oxygen-containing LiF crystals are presented. Possibilities of application of such crystals for scintillators are considered.
