Anisotropy of relic radiation and observational astrophysics

With allowance for the existence of the selected reference frame affixed to relic background radiation, the problem of reception of a signal from an object is analyzed. An algorithm of determining a distance to remote objects from results of spectroscopic experiments is constructed.
