Corrected F criterion for testing uniformity of samples over variances

Abstract

A robust method for testing the homoscedasticity of two samples over variances was developed. The computational algorithms were obtained and studied. The criterion was used to process the results of acoustic measurements. Statistical procedures were proposed for introduction into engineering physics experiments.
