On the asymmetry of thermodynamic fluctuations of the electrode potential

Abstract

The asymmetry of thermodynamic fluctuations of the equilibrium electrode potential and the asymmetry of thermodynamic fluctuations of the electrical double layer charge is characterized quantitatively on the basis of third-order noise spectra.
