Synthesis and study of antimicrobial activity of 4-amino-1,2,4-triazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazine derivatives against Neisseria gonorrhoeae

Abstract

A new approach to the synthesis of 4-amino-1,2,4-triazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazines containing different substituents at the triazine cycle was proposed. Antimicrobial activity against the gonorrhea pathogen was determined for the compounds obtained.
