Synthesis and the crystal structure of a new chiral metal-organic coordination polymer based on l-proline-substituted 2-aminobenzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid derivative

Abstract

The new chiral metal-organic coordination polymer [ZnLH·4 H2O] +n /[HL] n (H2L is 2-(l-prolylamino)benzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid) was synthesized based on the available l-proline-substituted 2-aminobenzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid derivative. The unique crystal structure of the new compound was established by powder X-ray diffraction.
