Adsorbents of СО2 based on amine-modified porous materials

Abstract

Solid adsorbents for СО2 capture based on mesoporous silicas (SBA-15), active carbons (SKT-6, FAD), and alumina (Pural TH-200, Puralox TH-200) modified by impregnation with diethylenetriamine and tris(3-aminopropyl)amine were prepared and studied. The adsorbent based on SBA-15 containing 51.7 wt.% diethylenetriamine showed the highest adsorption capacity (21.75 wt.%).
