Abstract
A three-component reaction of secondary phosphines, elementary selenium, and hydra zine hydrate (the molar ratio 1: 2: 1.1) selectively proceeds under mild conditions (EtOH, 70-75°C, 0.5 h) to form earlier unknown hydrazinium diselenophosphinates (81-95%).
