Processing of wastes from manufacture of cut diamonds

Abstract

Test experiments on recovery and purification of diamonds in melts based on alkali metal hydroxides and ammonium hydrofluoride were carried out. A method for processing of diamond-containing materials is suggested and apparatus for implementing this technology is described.
