Abstract

Nano-CeO2 with different crystallite sizes, surface areas and morphologies were synthesized with a hydrothermal method assisted by carboxymethylcellulose sodium (CMC) at 110 °C. It was found that the reducible properties of CeO2 samples showed a significant influence on the active carbon (AC) combustion.
