At the UNESCO Division for Education Strategies and Field Support, she is Programme Specialist in the UNESCO National Education Support Strategy (UNESS) team. Her research interests include international education policy, fiscal and governance reforms, education in fragile states and policy and programme evaluation. Mark Bray (United Kingdom)

Director of the UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP), Paris and Buenos Aires. Formerly Dean of the Faculty of Education and Chair Professor of Comparative Education at the University of Hong Kong, China. Has also taught at the Universities of Papua New Guinea, London and Edinburgh, and in secondary schools in Nigeria and Kenya. Author of numerous works on educational policy analysis and planning.
