  • Published:
Pharmaceutical Chemistry Journal Aims and scope

Abstract

The influence of the shape and size of parent drug particles on their technological properties and the quality of ready-to-use medicinal forms has been studied. A classification of powdered drugs with respect to the particle shape and size is described. The necessity of determining these parameters for the correct standardization of parent substances is shown.
