Abstract

The generation of multiple signals using a single photonic structure pertaining to the visible regime is lucidly investigated in the present research. Here photonic structure is realized through one-dimensional crystal which consists of an alternative layer of silicon and plasmon material. Further, the output signal which is generated at the output end of the photonic structure divulges an interesting result with respect to the input signal. For example, the output signals are the tantamount to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th harmonic generation along with the original signal, which would be a new paragon to the field of photonics.
