Abstract
We discuss the propagation of an electromagnetic field through one-dimensional photonic crystal doped by quantum-dot molecules in defect layer. It is shown that in the presence of inter-dot tunneling, the transmitted and the reflected light pulse completely become phase dependent. By proper choice of the phase deference between applied fields probe field amplification through one-dimensional photonic crystal has been obtained. In this way, simultaneous subluminal transmission and reflection are achieved. The transient behavior of probe field absorption and the slope of dispersion are also presented.
