The study design and conception were performed by the contribution of all authors. PPCC, LFJG and MBC performed the clinical care and follow-up of the case. Material preparation, data collection and analysis of mycology were performed by SBW, ARG and ROF. Material preparation, data collection and analysis of cytology were performed by CC and GLS. Material preparation, data collection and analysis of imaging examinations were performed by GAOC and AMB.
