Superconductors and the method of low-frequency internal friction

  • Published:
Metal Science and Heat Treatment Aims and scope

A survey of studies focused on the investigation of low-frequency internal friction of superconductors obtained on plants of the same type but under different experimental conditions is presented. The most significant critical results that are also of fundamental and practical importance are briefly described. Examples of high-precision low-temperature devices that utilize the method of internal friction are considered.
