The structure, phase composition, and main mechanical properties of alloy MA20 of the Mg – Zn – Zr – Ce system are studied as a function of the parameters of deformation and heat treatment with the use of methods of microscopic, physicochemical, x-ray diffraction, and dilatometric analysis.
