Metal Science and Heat Treatment Aims and scope

Abstract

A new approach to description of the kinetics of aluminizing of nickel and its alloys by the circulation method, which makes it possible to compute very accurately the thickness, the phase composition, and the content of aluminum in diffusion coatings obtained in circulation installations of different kinds in a medium of AlCl3 halide activator, is suggested.
