Comparative Analysis of Algorithms for Elimination of Low-Frequency Noise in Electrocardio-Signals

  • MEDICAL AND BIOLOGICAL MEASUREMENTS
  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

The problem of suppressing the low-frequency component of the electrocardiogram signal during computerized electrocardiographic measurements is examined. The efficiency and possible realization of the main methods for eliminating low-frequency noise are compared and their applicability to different electrocardiographic measurements is examined. The results are confirmed by experimental studies of simulated and real electrocardiogram samples.
