Dependence of the Positional and Angular Stability of a Laser Beam on Its Spatial Fluctuations

The dependence of the positional and angular stability of a laser beam on its spatial and energy fluctuations is determined. This dependence makes it possible to develop requirements for admissible values of the fluctuations of a laser beam that has significant value for certification of the sources used in optical radioelectronic systems of various function.
