Probabilistic Prediction of Residual Operating Life of Measurement Equipment Using Results of Parametric Monitoring

The problem of probabilistic prediction of residual operating life of measurement equipment with parametric failures is investigated. A general analytical solution of the problem with an arbitrary finite number of defining parameters is presented. The obtained solution is applied to a practical example.
