A circuit for testing static electric power meters for the effect of a constant component and even harmonics, recommended in GOST R 52322–2005, is investigated. The spreads in the parameters of individual diodes in the circuit are determined experimentally, and the errors introduced by their differences are estimated. A similar circuit with less power consumption is proposed, which is insensitive to the different parameters of the diodes.
