Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

We develop a mathematical description of the main metrological characteristics of pulsed acoustic flowmeters. We determine sources of measurement error, indicate a possible way to improve the accuracy of measurements, and propose an approach for installing the meter, which increases the sensitivity of the measurement.
