Nonlinear filtering of the observations of a system of vector and scalar magnetometers is considered. A general formulation of the problem is proposed and algorithms for single-step and multistep nonlinear filtering are developed. Statistical modeling is carried out, and the errors of these algorithms for model observations are estimated. The results of nonlinear filtering of observation data, obtained from a system of vector and scalar magnetometers in a magnetic observatory, are presented.
