Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

It is shown that the velocity of propagation of an electromagnetic field in samples of extended shape with a constant cross section depends on the structure of the sample material, its magnetic properties and, in particular, the viscosity, shape and dimensions of the cross section and the excitation frequency.
