Circuit analyzers with probe measuring converters

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

A method of measuring microwave circuits using probe measuring transducers is proposed. The history of the development of probe measuring instruments is analyzed. A mathematical model of the converter, calibration procedures and measurements of the components of a coaxial channel are considered, and experimental results are presented.
