Estimating measurement system accuracy in researching nonstationary processes

The time dependence is considered for the measuring-system error in dynamic measurements associated with the nonstationarity of the process. Relationships are derived for estimating the accuracy of dynamic measurements, and lines are proposed for balancing out the additional error.
