Technological features of the manufacture of sets of thickness gauges for use in measuring the thickness of nickel coatings on the D16T aluminum alloy up to 100 μm with error 0.12–0.63 μm (0.4–0.6%) sufficient for inspection of thickness gauges with standard error at least 1% are presented.
