Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

VNIIMS (Russia) and CMI (Czech Republic) quantum Hall resistance standards are compared using a VNIIMS portable resistance standard of 1 and 10 kΩ. Conformity is established for the dimensions of units within the limits of relative expanded (k = 2) uncertainty of 10−7.
